責任

• クロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、管理し、プロジェクトを成功に導く。
• 時間と予算を効率的に管理しながら、パフォーマンス向上を推進する。
• プロジェクト財務を細かく管理し、正確な予測と支出報告を行う。
• プロジェクトにおいて必要な人材を確保するため、人事と連携する。
• 部門リーダーと連携し、プロジェクトの仕事量、成果物、人材配置を明確にする。

資格

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験または同等の職務経験5年以上。
• 国際的なクライアントの管理に精通しており、クライアントマネジメントやデジタルプロジェクトにおける確かなバックグラウンドがあること。
• ウェブおよびモバイルプラットフォームのユーザーエクスペリエンス、デザイン、開発にわたる多様なプロジェクトを監督できるスキル。
• ストラテジー、スケジュール、予算、詳細な作業明細書など、包括的なプロジェクト管理に長けている。
• 効率的なプロジェクトおよびチームマネジメントスキルを備えたリーダーシップ能力

Job Description

Position: Senior Producer

Globally-renowned creative agency, working with prestigious clients from both Japan and worldwide is looking for a new senior producer to join their team.

Gain exposure to a wide range of creative projects, from film production to brand experiences, innovation, and technology applications. Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and synchronize cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in work quality while managing time and budget constraints effectively.
• Monitor project finances meticulously, providing accurate forecasting and expenditure reports.
• Collaborate closely with Talent/Resource Management to secure necessary project resources.
• Work in tandem with Department Leads to delineate project parameters, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management or equivalent roles.
• Proficient in managing international clients with a solid background in client management and digital project preferred.
• Capable of overseeing diverse projects across user experience, design, and development for web and mobile platforms.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive project scopes, including strategies, timelines, budgets, and detailed Statements of Work.
• Strong leadership abilities with efficient project and team management skills
